Only allowing 1 ER in the outing, pounding the zone consistently with strikes and proving weak contact for his fielders. ¾ arm slot working downhill helps his FB provide swing and misses in his outing. Combining that with an SL that he uses to get ahead in shows his IQ is something his age group doesn’t normally have. It was a great day for him as he continues to grow more naturally with his tall, lanky frame.
