  • How does a Team/Organization request/receive a Tourney Invite?

    Teams can request an invite by clicking on 'Tournaments', selecting an event, and requesting an invite. Once a team requests an invite, our staff will review it and communicate in a timely fashion. 

  • Why is it so important to enter my Team's Roster?

    Once a team is registered, the team admin or coach is prompted to enter basic info (name, #, etc.) for each player. Once that roster of players is entered by the admin or coach, each player is provided a link to an online player form to fill out and submit.


    Once the steps above are completed, this creates an online player profile for each player, plus a team profile. These profiles connect directly to our College Coaches Portal, the online schedule, and allows all video and data collected at an event to be connected to each player's profile. 


    100's of RSVP'd College Coaches in our system will then have access to add your players to their recruiting lists, follow your players, and connect with them. 


    Note: If you do not enter your roster of players, College Coaches/Scouts will not have access to them online.


    Entering your roster of players also allows us to communicate with all players and families during an event about tourney details, any weather delays, or schedule changes.

  • When are Tourney Schedules typically released?

    Tournament schedules are typically released one (1) week prior to the start of the event and no later than the Monday prior.

  • How do I recommend my Players for a Showcase?

    High School and Travel Coaches can easily go online and recommend a player at any time throughout the year. We take recommendations seriously and follow up with all players recommended for an invitation.

  • How does a Player request/receive a Showcase Invite?

    We offer a wide variety of showcases in order to cater to all levels of players. Players serious about being seen in order to play at the next level can request an invite through our website. 


    Players are asked to provide info about themselves when requesting an invite. We ask that players be truthful on this form for their own benefit. We match players to events in which the coaches/scouts attending are excited to discover and follow them.


    Note: Our high-level showcases do require a referral or recommendation from a coach or scout on the player's behalf. 

  • How does a Player receive an Online Player Profile to connect to Colleges/Scouts?

    Any player that plays in a tourney, showcase, or league will have an online player profile created for them to connect with all RSVP'd College Coaches/Scouts in our system.


    Note: If a player plays in a tourney and does not fill out the player roster link provided by their coach, they will not receive an online player profile.

  • How does a Player update their Online Player Profile for Colleges/Scouts?

    Players can simply log-in and update their information at any time. 


    We encourage players to log-in to update any new contact info, college commitments, etc. This helps keep info up to date for College Coaches/Scouts that are following players in our system.
