Aarush Chaturvedi showed mature plate discipline and a sound approach, delivering a hard-hit RBI single into LF with an exit velocity of 87 mph. Stays balanced throughout his swing, keeps his weight back, and gets into his legs well to drive through the zone. Compact swing mechanics with quick hands and efficient bat path allow him to handle different pitch types. A dependable middle-of-the-order bat with strong contact skills and situational hitting awareness.

Jack Durham impressed with a complete-game outing, showcasing excellent command and stamina across 7 innings. The 6’1” righty worked efficiently, mixing a well-located fastball with a sharp curveball to keep hitters off balance. His mechanics were clean and repeatable, allowing for consistent strike throwing and control of the tempo. Durham attacked hitters early and relied on his ability to locate both pitches for strikes. A mature outing that highlights his reliability and competitiveness on the mound.

Jose Padilla (‘26, CT) MIF • 5’10” 140lb


2B: 90 mph EV | 25° LA | 283 ft

3B: 86.4 mph EV | 35° LA | 292 ft


Jose Padilla is an athletic middle infielder who showcased a balanced offensive profile and surprising pop from his compact frame. He went for extra bases twice, lacing a double and a triple, both with ideal launch angles and barrel accuracy. His swing path is direct to the ball, using strong hip rotation and quick hands to generate hard contact. Defensively, he showed fluid actions and the ability to make plays up the middle. High-motor player with the tools to impact both sides of the ball.

Evan Auclair (‘28, NJ) OF • 6’3” 170lb


EV: 87 mph


Evan Auclair flashed his projectable frame and ability to generate leverage at the plate with a hard-hit double pulled down the LF line at 87 mph. The long-limbed RHH maintains balance through a minimal load and utilizes fast hip rotation to turn on the baseball with authority. Advanced feel for timing and bat speed, with plenty of room to grow into additional power. A young outfielder with clear upside and tools to follow in the 2028 class.

Cole O’Connell impressed with his pitchability and three-pitch mix, leading a complete game effort. He worked efficiently and consistently threw strikes from a high three-quarter slot. The fastball had ride at the top of the zone and tunneled well with his splitter, which generated swing-and-miss and soft contact due to its drastic velocity drop and late fade. He also mixed in a short, late-breaking slider that played well off the fastball. O’Connell’s poise and sequencing ability on the mound stood out, and his splitter gives him a unique weapon moving forward.

Kyle Visselman (‘26, CT) C • 6’ 195lb


2B: 92 mph EV


Kyle Visselman showed advanced barrel control and strength at the plate, roping a double down the third base line at 92 mph. His fast bat speed and compact stroke stood out throughout the day, consistently getting the barrel out front. He uses a strong lower half to generate torque and maintain balance, staying through the zone with a level path. Visselman projects well with the bat, showing the ability to do damage to all fields. A physical right-handed hitter with upside and presence in the box.

Luke Melton (‘26, NJ) • LHP • 6’2” 185lb


FB: 86–88 mph, T89 | 2000 rpm | 5” IVB | –12” HB

CB: 67–70 mph | 2100 rpm | –10” IVB | 3” HB


Luke Melton impressed from the left side with a deceptive delivery and low release point that makes his arsenal tough to pick up. The 6’2” southpaw uses his frame well, showing strong push off the rubber and good hip rotation to generate momentum down the mound. His fastball sat 86–88 mph and touched 89 with late life, and his curveball showed true depth, giving hitters fits out of the same tunnel. With repeatable mechanics, effective pitch sequencing, and late action, Melton is a high-upside arm to keep an eye on.

Brian Guerrero (‘25, CT) • IF • 6’1” 190lb @ualbanybaseball commit


2B: 93.5 mph EV | 29.7° LA | 319 ft


Guerrero showcased his explosive offensive tools at the plate with a ground-rule double to deep left-center. The right-handed hitter flashed a fast, whippy bat through the zone and did damage on contact thanks to advanced bat speed and strong hip rotation. His swing creates easy lift and backspin, and his ability to generate power from a compact frame stood out. Guerrero’s lower half is efficient and well-timed, syncing up well with his hand path to produce consistent, hard contact. An athletic infielder committed to Albany, Guerrero continues to show middle-of-the-order potential.

Matt Finn ('27,NY) • RHP • Uncommitted • 5’10 165lb


Athletic RHP with a calm, collected presence on the mound. Moves efficiently through his delivery, getting length with the upper half while creating strong hip-to-shoulder separation. Clean mechanics with a repeatable operation that projects well and allows for consistent command.

Calm, confident presence in the box with quick hands that allow him to get inside the ball with ease. Shows advanced sequencing as the shoulders and bat get on plane early, staying through the zone for a long time. Drove a double deep into the left-field gap, flashing both bat speed and barrel control.

Strong RHH w/ confident presence in the box. Powerful lower half w/ good hand separation and quick bat to ball skills. Feel for the barrel w/ quick to tap and compact swing. Elevated a FB for ground rule 2B early in the game. Showcased mature 2k approach for RBI 1B and go ahead run. Projectable RHH 1B w/ easy pop.

RHH with great feel at the plate, working the opposing pitcher's pitch count. He brought his hands back into his stride and displayed raw power, hitting a 2-RBI HR over the LCF wall to start a rally to help his team come back and win 6-5. Was also responsible for the walk-off 1B to complete the comeback. Had a great day at the plate and contributed to a big win in pool play to help his team out.

Strong LHP who starts with the front foot on the 1B side of the rubber, beginning pre-loaded into the backside with natural counter-rotation. Moves efficiently down the mound with a controlled coil into the backside, creating momentum and deception. Fastball gets on hitters and plays up, while the slider tunnels effectively off it, keeping hitters off balance throughout the outing.

RHP went the distance for his team, racking up 6 Ks while giving up 2 hits and allowing 2 walks. OT arm action falling to the first base side, being very deceptive on the mound, generating swings and misses with his 3-pitch mix. FB has run, and life is getting on the inside while painting the corners. Tunnel his CH with his FB, getting hitters out in front. CB has 1-7 shapes, freezing hitters, using it ahead in the count. Great day for him to look to make an impact on the tournament.

Physical RHP with a strong lower half and high leg kick. Stays controlled through the delivery with a balanced finish. Fastball showed arm side run and was paired with a 12/6 curveball. Consistently pitched ahead in counts and generated weak contacts through the outing..

RHH is displaying his power at the plate today, providing support for his team. Nice athletic stance, with some weight shift, and a great eye in the box. Letting the FB travel and taking it the other way for a 2B to score an RBI. Very aggressive on the basepaths, taking a base and putting pressure on the defense.
