GameTime Showcase Series: Louisville - Scout Notes
Shane Carnes ('24,KY) - Turned some heads at Charlestown HS with some well struck baseballs. Shane looked to do damage off the ground to the left side; bat speed in bag. Has some rawness overall that fares well for his college projection. Behind the plate he popped a 78 and was ~2.07 down.

Ryan Gulbransen ('24,OH) - Ryan is a funky and energetic LHP that jumps off the mound. FB tails and plays quicker with his overall actions. Fills it up and would be a fine college staff addition at the right level. Will be an upper 8s arm with added mass/strength.

Brody Mangis ('24,KY) - Sweetest swing in my opinion from yesterday's event. Bat stays on track for a long time due to posture & timing. The mature hack should fare well at the next level. Strong bat follow. Average behind the plate.

Jasper Daniels ('24,KY) - Really high velo ceiling here due to his athleticism and 6'6" frame; grabbed 87 yesterday; SL came in at 80. Command is already there. Feel for CH is also there which is a huge plus--I typically don't see XL frames with a good CH as a HS junior. Jasper has topped 89 on the FB prior. Good college follow.

Masen Moravec ('24,IN) - Last, but certainly not least is Moravec. Had a great showing at the showcase last night and he is carrying it over to the tournament. Strong RHH with HR ability; posted low 9s EVs in BP. He also ran a 6.9 60 and threw mid 8s across the diamond. Good college follow.
