Potential for even more velo with added strength / mass. FB explodes out of the hand and jumps on hitters while playing well elevated in the zone. Sets up with a wide, balanced stance and utilizes a toe tap load to initiate the swing. Demonstrates solid lower-half mechanics with efficient weight transfer from the backside into contact. Keeps the head still and tracks the breaking ball well, staying on plane with the slider and driving it back up the middle for a line drive 1B to CF. Shows the ability to stay balanced and make adjustments mid-pitch, staying short to the ball and extending through the zone.

Starts from an upright stance with hands set high, utilizing a low leg kick to stay balanced and on time. Gets the barrel out front and shows a quick, direct path to contact. Came up clutch for his team in the semi-final game by hitting the game tying single which would eventually help lead his team to a championship game appearance with a chance to win it all.
