Reese Davis (‘26, MD) • RHP • 6’3 • 185lb

The RHP with an athletic frame looked efficient with a nice, clean H ¾ arm slot and efficient delivery. He was very comfortable in the mound, showing some funk, making it look effortless on the bump, dotting strikes in all quadrants in the strike zone and staying ahead in the count. Showcasing his FB topping out at 89 that gets on hitters and generates swing and misses. His tight CB has an 11-5 shape, which he pairs very well with his FB. He threw a CG to help his team secure the W. The rising senior put his name out there today, looking to make an impact on this tournament to help his team secure the championship and helping himself by putting his name out there. Definitely someone to keep an eye on during the rest of the summer and into next spring.

Elijah Gheen (‘26, MD) • LHP • 6’1 • 195lb

LHP who is very deceptive on the mound and who hides the ball very well. His SL played a good part in his outing, which had some downward action as he was having the hitters struggling during the entire part of the game. His FB rides the plane very well, which helps him use his SL as a strikeout pitch where he would have the hitters swinging out in front. Good outing by the rising senior, who’s looking to make an impact during the tournament for his squad.
