James Scott (‘28, FL) • SS • Uncommitted • 5’10 160lbs
Scott is a RHH MIF who starts from a quiet, balanced stance with a relaxed setup and minimal pre-swing movement, showing great rhythm and body control. Creates quality separation with a smooth hand load and gets into his back hip effectively, allowing him to stay grounded through rotation. His barrel works efficiently into the zone with early connection, showing adjustability to different pitch locations and strong directional control through the middle of the field. Put up a valuable at-bat where he brought in 2 RBI in a close game. Very consistent in his swing, as he matures will be a dependable bat.

Excellent performance from Lima in today’s win. Chase came in as a reliever and he delivered a great performance to be able to keep his team on top. Earning himself a win. This athletic RHP, high leg lift, full stroke, and 3/4 arm angle. Moves very well down the mound, high effort arm action. Created a lot of weak contact, coming in clutch to keep the game at 1 run, picking up the win.

Damian doing it all during his game. The strong build RHP works w/ a high leg lift, compact stroke, and H3/4 arm slot. He creates a lot of rotational force as he drives towards HP. Good 2 pitch mix, able to create weak contact and good whiff %. Also, able to contribute to his team offensively hitting a 2B towards the deepest part of the field that left the bat w/ an 82mph EV. A great player to follow as he possesses multiple tools and will be an impactful player in the future.
