Matthew Shea (26, CT) • RHP • Sacred Heart University commit • 6’0” 180lb


Working from the windup with a smooth leg lift, effortlessly coming downhill. Command on the FB was working well downhill, generating whiffs at a high rate. Sharp SL is using it well; in counts, he’s ahead in making the hitters uncomfortable. CH with arm-side depth, using it as his main K pitch, getting 8 of those on the bump. Quick glove on the mound, fielding a comebacker, making it look super easy.


FB: 85-88 T88mph / 1900+ rpm / 7.5” IVB / 11.2” HB

SL: 75-77mph / 2000+ rpm / -1.1” IVB / -3.9” HB

CH: 76-78mph / 1600+ / -0.2 IVB / 13.4 HB

Luke Borgmann (26, PA) • RHH • University of Massachusetts - Lowell • 6’2” 190lb


A tall build with a strong lower half jumps on the first pitch, FB shooting it the other way. Uphill bat path letting the ball travel deep in the zone. Had a good day at the dish, spraying the ball all over the field, helping his team get the W in the semi-finals.

Brady Hounsell (‘27,PA) • SS • Uncommitted • 5’10” 160lb


5’10 160lb SS hunts first pitch FB for hard hit 1B to LF. Strong, connected upper half and balanced base w/ high one handed finish. Composed presence at the plate w/ ability to lay off tough pitches and capitalize on ones in the zone. Had great day at plate going 2-3 w/ BB, SB, and RBI. Sure handed defender w/ strong, accurate arm. Keep an eye on true young SS as he continues to fill out frame.

Tommy Szpak (‘27, DE) • 3B • Uncommitted • 6’0” 175lb


Timely 2K hitting from the 3B on this single up the middle. Shortens up w/ no stride and stays through ball. Made great swing decisions and made pitchers work. Went 2-3 w/ RBI, BB, and SB. Quick out of the box w/ good reads on bases. Projectable 3B w/ athleticism to play other IF positions. Talented player w/ more room to fill out.

Austine Havertine (‘26, PA) • RHP • Lehigh University commit • 6’3" 185lb


Smooth, effortless setup from the windup, just pounding the zone with his FB that has elite command. Showing off a 2-pitch mix with an FB T 92 blowing by the hitters, pairing it with a sharp SL that freezes hitters and tunnels it well. Going the distance, pitching all 7 innings while racking up double-digit K’s. Picking up the W for his squad, sending his team to the championship.

Aggressive hitter at the plate looking to do damage late in the game. Clutch factor mentality, hitting a walk-off 2B over the CF to send him through to the finals. A medium leg kick brings the hands back and destroys the baseball. Good approach at the plate, looking to do damage early in the count.

CF w/ timely hitting using backside approach on this 2 RBI 2B to LF. Uses toe tap and catches ball deep w/ short one handed finish. Made loud contact all day - went 2-2 w/ 3RBI, 2 BB, and 3 SB. Impact player in all facets of the game. Good range and reads in CF w/ strong, accurate arm. Protectable top of the order bat w/ room to fill out frame.

Jeffery Niman (‘27, CT) • MIF • Uncommitted • 6’2” 185lb


MIF shortens up and delivers RBI w/ infield in. Connected upper half w/ efficient rotation behind baseball. The LHH showed off good bat to ball skills going 2-3 w/ 2 RBI. High IQ baserunner w/ controlled aggression and good dirt ball reads. Keep an eye on this young uncommitted MIF as he continues to grow and build strength.

Nicky Vlastos (‘28, CT) • 1B • 6’3" 200lb


6’3 200lb 1B w/ quick barrel through zone on this hard hit 1B to LCF. Sinks into back hip and extends through contact. Hit ball hard all day at top of the order, going 2-3 w/ 2B and RBI. Strong defender at 1B w/ sure hands and accurate arm. Talented 2028 bat w/ smooth defense at 1B - more juice left in tank as he continues to grow.

Hitting a 💣 to LF to start the scoring for his squad in the championship game. A medium leg kick brings the hands back, getting the barrel with an athletic rhythm with the hands, with a strong lower half. Started the score for his squad in the championship game, showing he can be a factor in big moments.
