Collin Lock (‘25, FL) • RHP • 6’2” 230lb • Saint Leo Commit

FB – 91 mph / 2163 rpm / 15” IVB / 2” HB

CH – 82 mph / 1580 rpm / 2” IVB / 14+” HB

SL – 75 mph / 2302 rpm / -5” IVB / -9” HB

CT – 80 mph / 2241 rpm / 6” IVB / -12” HB

Physical RHP with a strong 6’2” 230lb frame, Lock showed a polished 4-pitch mix and worked efficiently over 4 IP, allowing just 1 H with 0 ER and 4 Ks. He drove downhill with intent, working from a high ¾ arm slot with clean separation and repeatable mechanics. His CH was the go-to pitch, keeping hitters off balance, and the FB topped at 91. With pitchability, command, and projection, Lock is a high follow arm with more in the tank.

Nicholas Idone (‘27, FL) • INF • 6’1” 166lb

Nicholas Idone put together an outstanding offensive performance, going 3-for-3 with an RBI and a walk, totaling four quality at-bats. He showcased a compact swing, advanced plate discipline, and the ability to spray the ball to all fields. His approach stood out—working deep into counts and making consistent contact. Smart in the box with solid feel for the barrel, Idone continues to prove himself as a reliable bat and high-IQ hitter in the ‘27 class.

Jayden Montañez (‘27, CT) • SS/RHP • Uncommitted • 5’8 140lbs

Montañez, a player from Brunswick School, has potential to become a legitimate two-way in the near future. Put on a show today in the box as well on the mound. Works fast on the mound, has a FB that topped 87 and gets on top of hitters, and an occasional CH that he’ll use in certain counts. In the box, has an aggressive approach & has good bat to ball coordination, put on solid swings.

Matias Fischer (‘26, FL) • RHP • 6’1” 170lb • University of Miami Commit

FB: 87 mph / 2200 rpm / 13” IVB

CB: 73 mph / 2400 rpm / –14” HB

Line: 2 IP | 0 H | 2 BB | 1 K | 0 ER

Fischer stayed low, worked downhill, and threw with rhythm and intent. He showcased a feel for spin and deception, keeping hitters off balance with sharp tunneling and velocity separation. Clean, efficient pitcher with college polish.

Joe Cuccurullo (‘25, FL) • RHP • 5’11” 180lb

FB: 86 mph / 2250 rpm / 11” IVB

CB: 72 mph / 2400 rpm / –12” IVB

Line: 5 IP | 3 H | 2 ER | 5 K

Cuccurullo attacked the zone with intent, tracking both his fastball and slider in any count. His front-side release and extension created tough sink and ride on the FB, while the high-spin CB got s/m. Efficient and poised in five innings.

Chase Mottley (‘26, VA)

FB: 85–87 mph | 2100+ rpm | 13 IVB | 6HB

CB: 70 mph | 2600+ rpm | -18.2 IVB | -6HB

A durable and composed RHP, Mottley worked 4 strong innings allowing just 1 hit and no earned runs. FB touched 87 mph with late life and was paired with a sharp, high-spin CB (79 mph) that kept hitters off balance. Uses an explosive lower half and maintains tempo well down the mound. Consistently hit his spots and fielded his position with confidence. Strong outing with projection remaining.

SL: 74.3 mph | 2062 RPM | 2.9” HB | -12.1” IVB

4IP, 5H, 4ER, 2BB, 6K

Impressive frame and mound presence. High leg lift, strong lower half drive, and clean ¾ arm slot. Fastball jumped with late run, and he landed a tight slider with confidence. Mechanics were smooth and repeatable with minimal effort.

Thomas Harris (‘27, FL) UTIL/RHP

5IP, 4H, 1ER, 1BB, 6K | 2-4, 2R, 4SB

Well-rounded athlete who contributed in all facets. At the plate, kept weight back with a still load and slight uphill swing path, producing two hits and showing aggressiveness on the bases. On the mound, worked the zone with a fastball that got on hitters and a slow-breaking curveball. Hid the ball well with a compact delivery.

Keltan Fitz ('26, FL) • RHP/CF • 6'2" 175lbs

Tall and lanky RHP that gets a lot of shoulder/hip separation. He's able to transfer a lot of energy to upper body with the use of a strong lead leg that blocks momentum. Fitz showcases easy and repeatable mechanics that end in an effortless release. He gets deep into his back leg as he's coming down the mound. Fitz pounded the zone throughout his outing and was efficient with his pitches which helped him keep a low pitch count.

FB: 88mph / 2240 RPM / 14" IVB / 9+" HB

SL: 72mph / 2220 RPM / -6.6" IVB / -6" HB

CH: 80mph / 1680 RPM / 1.8" IVB / 14" HB

Shane Jelevensky ('26, NY) • RHP

Tall RHP with a 3/4 arm slot and short stride down the mound. He generates a lot of power his upper body and transfers it well into arm speed. Jelevensky's arm path hides the ball very well, making it difficult for hitters to get an early jump on the pitch. He pounded both sides of the strike zone during his outing with his FB and utilized a deceiving CB to get whiffs. Jelevensky had a great outing, recording 6Ks through 5.1 IP.

FB: 84-86 T88

CB: 73-75

SL: 79-81

Jake Dober (‘27, FL) • RHP • Uncommitted • 6’2” 160

7IP: 3H, 2BB, 6K, 0ER

Dober pitched a complete game shutout in the Vipers’ 4-0 victory on Saturday. He works exclusively out of the stretch, using a big leg kick and pitching from a high ¾ arm slot. Dober was able to command his 3-pitch mix to both sides of the plate. His fastball features some arm-side run and ride when thrown up in the zone. He went to the curveball often, a big up & down breaker that disrupts the rhythm of the batter. He occasionally threw a changeup with some fade, exclusively to left-handed hitters.

Max Prejda ('26, NC) • CF • 6' • 175lbs

2 for 3, 3B, 1R

3B: 94mph / 22.7° / 337’

LHH with a wide stance and slight toe tap. He showcases a quick hand load that fits well into a very short and quick swing path. Prejda's swing is quick and to the point, throwing his hands directly at the ball from his back shoulder, having no issue turning on an inside FB. He has an explosive back hip drive that fuels a powerful swing and wastes no time showing it off by drilling a 3B into deep right CF in his first AB. Prejda found a second hit later in the game while showing his speed off by bunting in an important moment and beating the throw out by a few steps. Prejda is a fast and intelligent player that shows great promise in the future.

Tyson Robles (‘27, FL) • 1B/3B • Uncommitted • 5’11 180lbs

Robles is a very athletic & strong corner INF from J.P. Taravella HS in South Florida. Has a projectable frame & a swing that will play at the next level. Has an upright stance with most of his weight on his backside, hands slightly on a lower plane than his head. Coils back in load, utilizing a minimal leg kick before exploding to the pitch. Keeps his head still during swing, and extends his hands exceptionally well. Showed today his ability to be the player who can make a difference in an outcome of a game. It’ll be awesome to see what the young corner INF can become.

2-3, 1R, 4RBI

 Jackson Mizell (‘26, FL) • RHP • Uncommitted • 6’1” 140

Mizell pitched 5 shutout innings in a low-scoring victory for Empire Baseball 17U on Saturday. He has smooth mechanics, yet creates deception with a high leg kick and low release height. Fastball-slider is his bread and butter, letting the fastball run in on right-handers and away from left-handers. He throws the slider off of it effectively, not afraid to throw it front door and lock up righties. Mizell has a bulldog mentality, going right at hitters from the first pitch. He has a projectable build and there is more velocity to come as he matures.

5 IP: 0ER, 1BB, 5K

https://play.ps-baseball.com/player-profile/baseball/0ff77c44-8f79-4014-972e-1d7d99c8a359

Brandon Suarez (‘26, FL) • RHP • 5’11” 170lb

FB: 87 mph / 1900+ rpm / 10.1” IVB / 5.4” HB

CB: 72 mph / 2300+ rpm / 10.5” IVB / -4.6” HB

Suarez turned in a clean and efficient 5-inning outing, allowing no earned runs while generating consistent soft contact and ground balls. He worked from a low ¾ arm slot with smooth, repeatable mechanics and a compact delivery. His fastball showed ride and run, playing especially well down in the zone. He mixed in a solid breaking ball that flashed depth and commanded spin, giving him a reliable second offering. A poised presence on the mound with a feel for tempo and location. Solid follow as he continues to polish command and sequencing.
