William Parker, On Deck O's 2026-Hill (2026, RHP)
William Parker worked with a compact three-pitch mix at the Black Bear Classic, leaning heavily on a high-carry fastball that averaged 84.1 MPH and topped at 86.9. The pitch stood out for its 19.1 inches of induced vertical break and 2128 RPM of spin, allowing it to generate ride through the zone and challenge hitters up. Parker mixed in a short-breaking slider at 72.3 MPH (-4.5 HB, -3.4 IVB), and also flashed a low-velocity changeup with minimal movement separation. Camden Finley, Palmetto Blacksmiths 2027 Faulkner (2027, RHP)
Camden Finley showed one of the deeper pitch mixes at the Black Bear Classic, throwing four pitches with distinct movement and velocity separation. His fastball sat 85.2 MPH (T89.3) with nearly 15 inches of IVB and 9 inches of arm-side run — a solid foundation that helped set up his offspeed. His best swing-and-miss pitch was a mid-70s curveball (-12.0" HB, -5.7" IVB) with tight spin at 2099 RPM, earning a 100% Whiff rate in limited usage. Finley’s changeup also flashed above-average shape, thrown at 80.7 MPH with over 10 inches of fade and 12.2 inches of vertical break. Jackson Carter, Klutch Baseball 18U Spearman (2025, RHP)
Jackson Carter brought a three-pitch arsenal to the Black Bear Classic, highlighted by a fastball that he leaned on heavily throughout his outing. Eddie Martinez consistently found the barrel at the Black Bear Classic, recording three batted balls over 90 MPH, including his tournament-best 96.9 MPH max exit velocity and a peak carry of 276.98 feet. Martinez’s contact came off a variety of pitch types. His loudest swings resulted in deep line drives and well-struck fly balls, showing a bat capable of producing game-impacting contact throughout the tournament.

He posted a max exit velocity of 96.5 MPH paired with a towering 314.9-foot carry, one of the longest distances in the tournament. Encarnacion displayed a balanced hit profile, tallying two singles and a double while maintaining consistent quality contact across fastballs and breaking pitches. Sebastian Rivera, Jsizzles/Figs 18U (2025, RHH)
Sebastian Rivera was one of the most impactful hitters at the Black Bear Classic, delivering three batted balls over 90 MPH — including a tournament-best 100.6 MPH rocket with 237 feet of carry. He recorded three total hits, including a double, and consistently generated loud contact regardless of pitch type. Rivera also showed the ability to stay through the zone, with his 92.8 MPH single off a slider and a 90.0 MPH liner off a fastball further underscoring his feel for timing and barrel control.

He reached a max exit velocity of 93.7 MPH and a max carry tournament at 323.5 feet — a towering deep fly off a fastball launched at 34° of vertical angle. Coleman showed the ability to square up a variety of pitches, notching four singles and two doubles.
