Experience:

Lucas graduated from the University of North Carolina Asheville with a degree in Business and Marketing while playing all 4 years and being named All-Big South Conference as a senior. After a successful collegiate career, he received an invite to the California Winter League which allowed him the opportunity to pursue a professional career. He went on to play professionally for 4 years in the Pecos League with the Trinidad Triggers, the Frontier League with the Florence Freedom and Schaumburg Boomers, and internationally for the Vienna Wanderers in Vienna, Austria. During each offseason, he worked closely with Prospect Select as a Field Attendant/Scout and Site Supervisor for several major tournaments across the country. He joined Prospect Select full time as the Director of Tournaments for the Carolinas and Minnesota in 2020.
